sometimes being in a vessel feels like a trance,
I regain consciousness, unwillingly
shaken at my core
only to realize that the only way to remain in the present
is by collecting the shards of emotions scattered all over
-and making them whole again
These pieces are a recollection of my emotions and the experiences of being in a vessel, a body. It is a story of a painful past and a blissful future. Through these paintings, I am able to reflect and release- anger, pain, ecstasy, love, and a multitude of complex emotions to the world.
This piece is part of a 3 painting collection called "in this vessel." The other works in this collection are "Me, myself and EYE" and "at last"
